No respect for their employees or residents at all.
Worked for the company over 10 years. Had a major surgery ( lung transplant) did not receive a phone call, card or a how are you feeling. They never attempted to check on my well being!
Please please do not admit your loved ones to ANY of their facilities. They are all nasty filthy buildings. I am referring to the facilities in the greater Chicago market. It is run by greed only, not compassion. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Don’t be fooled by “good” reviews. They were most likely paid for or written by staff. Strongly advise to avoid!
Horrible company to work for. Buy up nursing homes.. run out the staff with high insurance and low pay. They run the nursing homes like the big corporations run prisons.
