The receptionist never answers the phone it's not a delightful person to talk to nobody gives you a reminder calls
It's really sad that the only option for my childs mental health in this area is SO unreliable. Therapy doesn't work if you can only get in to a therapist once every 2 or 3 months. Frustrated doesn't begin to touch how I feel.
Infinity Health is refusing to renew meds essential to my treatment for depression. The prescription will run out before two weeks. (A policy I was NOT informed of.) Without these meds depression relapse is possible. This inexcusable.
