I have a broken collarbone that is completely broke and misaligned. I saw their Dr for a referral. The employee who takes care of referrals was out of the office on Monday and possibly Tuesday still had it on her desk. Was called by a very rude person that told me it could take 7-10 days. I am in severe pain. Undoubtedly the clinic only has 1 employee who does referrals. Because of this situation I will no longer be using this clinic.
I went there for a TB test. The nurse was shaking and poked the needle too deep. Went back to get it looked at and was told to come back next day. I went back and was told that I was suppose to be there before 11:30 (which was never communicated to me) and I cant get another skin test for two weeks. Now I am not able to get another test for two weeks because of the miscommunication at their end. The clinic is in need for some organization and training.
