After moving out, I’ve decided to change my review due to unfair charges. We were unfairly charged for a whole fridge door replacement when there was a minor cosmetic issue. Despite having a video showing proof that the current cosmetic issue did not exist on the day of move out, they insist we are responsible and are not cooperative in mediating. Tina, the property manager has been extremely rude in this process. I would strongly advise in finding alternative places to live.
I will NOT recommend Infinity at Hammock Bay based on my move-out experience. After living in the apartment for one year and leaving the unit clean and in good condition, I received a $649 charge to repair and replace a refrigerator door due to what appeared to be a minor cosmetic mark. The amount was shocking and, in my opinion, completely disproportionate to the issue. Staff is friendly. The Maintenance Team responds quickly to any concerns and are happy to assist and fix issues that arise. Easy move in process. Spacious apartment with 10’ ceilings and unexpected amount of storage!
The Infinity at Hammock Bay community is absolutely beautiful, and our apartment truly makes us feel like we're on vacation every day. The grounds are well maintained, the amenities are wonderful, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to make this our new home.
