Unfortunately the administration at this centre is completely dysfunctional. During a trial class for my children, I placed the 'star' class in my online cart while they were participating. During the trial, the instructor advised that my children were not suited to that level and should instead be enrolled in 'stardust'. Extremely disappointed with the overall experience taking my daughter to Infinity Gym. I emailed to try and speak directly with the owner, but still haven’t had a phone call back to discuss this feedback, so I’ll go ahead and share it here. We arrived 6 minutes late to an under 3s gymnastics class at 9:30am.
