I had the Scalp Spa Experience with Crystal at BLOOM Skin + Wellness, and it was incredible from start to finish. The entire time felt so relaxing, warm, and healing. Crystal is extremely knowledgeable and uses only clean, high-quality ingredients — every product she applied smelled absolutely delicious and felt amazing on my skin. The combination of the scalp treatment and the relaxing facial left me feeling completely refreshed and glowing!

Crystal is a master of her art. She is warm, knowledge and calming. The studio in Newtown is so pretty and really sets the tone for a relaxing experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I had the most amazing experience with Crystal! After just one session, my hair and scalp felt absolutely incredible – healthier and more refreshed than ever. She also gave me a facial that left my skin looking so firm and radiant. My skin has never looked so good! I got this as a gift and it was everything I hoped it would be. It was super relaxing I usually never fall asleep when I’m getting any massages or anything but I was sooo relaxed during my time with Crystal. She is amazing! She made me feel so welcome and I felt comfortable the whole time. It felt like ASMR haha I recommend this place to everyone if you’re looking for an experience of a lifetime. Only a few places do head scalp massages and this is one you have to try! I will def be back!!!
