Worst customer service ever! Bought a home through Lennar and after two years, the shower door hinge broke and the glass door just fall over my wife while opening the door. A heavy door held by just two feeble hinges! Talked to my neighbors and found that I a the third person with the same issue! Checked with Lennar and they said it’s out of warranty. Extremely unsatisfied with the level of customer service and communication this company has provided me. Brand new shower doors need a simple repair that Infinity installed and I have been completely brushed off and given outrageous quotes for repairs without even sending a technician to my home. After the third week of being told they will call me back after a lunch break, or simply just given no timelines of when to expect getting a tech scheduled, I try to explain this horrible treatment and was quickly hung up on.
