We called him to fix a door. He came and took the dimensions. For two whole weeks he kept giving us times that he will come and never kept it. He never replies to texts or answer calls after you try to confirm or follow up. When I called him to tell him let us know if you are coming or not so we can get someone else if you are not, he replied yes get someone else.
Very very poor customer service!!! It literally feels like you are chasing someone to do the job. It’s almost 10 days and I keep texting and calling. Either reply and say something and can’t keep it or just don’t answer. Not reliable at all.
