I would not recommend this company. In my opinion, there were serious issues with transparency, billing, and the handling of my insurance claim that raised significant concerns. My experience with Infinity General Construction was frustrating from start to finish. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency. I would not recommend Infinity. The roof installation was completed, but the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. The company received insurance funds for siding repairs and interior repairs that were never started, despite having the funds for several months. Multiple requests for updates and refunds have gone unanswered or have been met with responses that avoid the main questions.
