I luckily found Ryan’s contact details as I needed someone to solve a problem with my air source heat pump. He’s been amazing over the last couple of weeks trying different things and talking to tech support and other contacts to work it out, which he did. He quenched my thirst to understand what was going on the ASHP and didn’t mind explaining everything he was trying. Highly recommended!
Called them on Monday my boiler was broken. They came with 12 hours. Boiler was irreparable but they quoted for a new one and fitted within the week. Cant complain
