Very pushy saleswoman at Oktoberfest in Columbus. Became very rude and upset when we didn’t want free cookies as we walked by. I could only imagine how she treats her actual customers if she even has any.
Just needed 2 windows replaced as they were on the weathered side of the house. They worked with me on the pricing and the installation was perfect.
Everyone that I worked with was fantastic. You can tell the entire team cared about my success and that we loved the window replacement experience. Every person I interacted with showed a great deal of ownership and care. Jason our sales rep, explained the entire process and really made my wife and I feel comfortable about the purchase.
