I purchased a storm door and paid about double for the door (instead of just buying from Lowes or Home Depot) because it had a lifetime warranty. I am unable to get any support on the storm door even though it was sold with a "lifetime warranty"
Initially, we had a really great experience with Infinity by Marvin. Jason, the project manager, was kind and responsive. He was very knowledgeable, had been with the company for 15 years. The contractor who did our install was also skilled and informed. We were quoted for 15 total windows for our home, a $45k expense. We chose to start with three windows in order to establish a relationship and to see how their craftsmanship was, $13k total. Stay away from Marvin Windows You pay for extra They do not send them to you. They don’t return your phone calls. Marvin window has a major problems stay away You don’t realize screens are problem till it’s too late
We went through Costco for our windows and would recommend them to anyone. From sales to installation, we were so happy with our service. Most importantly, windows are absolutely wonderful.
Very pushy saleswoman at Oktoberfest in Columbus. Became very rude and upset when we didn’t want free cookies as we walked by. I could only imagine how she treats her actual customers if she even has any.
