Jason, Jarrod were always on time and kept me informed on the time line as well as what to expect. Andrew and his crew did an excellent job on the installation. They were professional and can highly recommend them.
The process from start to finish was so easy! I went through Costco’s program. All of my questions were answered up front regarding: product, install, financing, and Costco promotion. I was able to visit the showroom which helped with some of the design decisions I made. I was able to change my order as needed (before the manufacturing process began). The windows are gorgeous. We can’t stop standing in our yard staring admiringly at them!! The process from start to finish was smooth. The sales process was informed and not pressured at all. The level of Skill, care and detail of the installers was outstanding. It was a pleasure having Donald, Heidi & Bill in our home. They left the house spotless as well. We couldn’t be more pleased.
