I love the windows! The salesperson was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He communicated at every step, including during the installation. The installers did an excellent job and were friendly. I've done a number of remodeling projects in my lifetime and I wish all of my remodels went this well. I am very happy and would purchase these windows again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
We love the window itself. It is weathertight, well-insulated, and easy to operate, and the price included installation and warranty. The installation process was more irritating than we expected. The first installation team arrived but didn't want to work in the rain. We had to make calls to the office for permission for them to leave. From the initial sales call, through the estimation process, to installation, the entire process was professional and efficient. The windows are high quality, and precisely as described by the knowledgeable sales rep. I am very impressed and pleased with the final product.
I am so wonderfully pleased with my Marvin Infinity replacement windows. This is the second time I have replaced windows with Infinity product. Happy to say all my windows are now Infinity products by Marvin. But, more importantly is the outstanding service I received. Jason M******* was my project consultant and I wish I could have the same service from all contractors. He actually came back after installation and created my punch out list. Then, the service people followed up immediately.
