Buying windows not fun, but Ty at Infinity by Marvin ( found at Costco) was excellent and made things easy. Look forward to new windows now.
Absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service. Recently had over 20 windows and 3 exterior doors replaced. Missing a screen, one screen door for slider doesn’t lock, and in need of two transition pieces for doors the installed. It’s been over a month since they installed, I have called customer service no fewer than 6-8 times with no call back. I went through the Costco program thinking they would be reliable and I’m questioning Costco’s relationship with this company.
