This fence made all the difference to my new home! When I purchased my new home a year and a half ago, I was looking for a fence that would be functional and beautiful. I have a corner lot and a dog and so we needed privacy as well as something that looked great. Justin at his crew at Infinity Fence Listened To what I was looking for, and created offence that I am truly proud of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. They’re fantastic.!
Justin and his team did great work for me. They handled a bit of a complicated situation as true professionals and were creative in their solution. The fence is beautiful, straight as an arrow, and should last a long time. They also completed it in a day. Highly recommend
I regret hiring this company. The materials used were clearly low quality, despite being told they were durable and long-lasting. Within a short time, boards began warping and nails started popping out. When I reached out for warranty service, my calls and messages were either ignored or brushed off. It feels like once the payment cleared, customer service disappeared completely.
Extremely unprofessional experience. The crew left a mess all over my yard, including broken boards, concrete spills, and trash that I had to clean up myself. The fence gates were installed incorrectly and wouldn’t close properly. When I pointed this out, the contractor insisted it was “normal” and refused to fix it unless I paid extra. That’s not how a reputable business should operate.
This fence contractor was a huge letdown from start to finish. The project timeline they promised was completely ignored, and what was supposed to take a few days dragged on for weeks. Workers would show up late or not at all, and there was no communication explaining the delays. When the fence was finally completed, it was uneven and poorly aligned. For the amount of money charged, the workmanship was unacceptable.
