My husband purchased 2 rings for me for Christmas with my daughters birth stones. One was the wrong size, so I went in to exchange it. The woman was extremely rude during this process, but said they would call within a week or two. A month went by, and I called inquiring. She rudely told me she'll call when it's in, I don't need to bother her about it. I have since then tried phoning or asking about my ring and am met with the same rudeness everytime. It's now August and the phone number is out of service?
Way overpriced!!! My husband bought me a silver ring and wore for 2 days and it completed changed colour, of course can only exchange or credit. The mgr had to bring a different size ring from another store even though she was coming to Welland, so when I went to return she deducted $125 , I guess that was considered a special order.
Horrible customer service! I was hoping to purchase a long overdue wedding band and looking at the ones I saw on display, and the older woman with glasses rudely asked if my family needed help with something. When I explained I was hoping to find wedding band, preferably a contour one to maybe match, she was quick to shut me down and say I needed to send my ring in for a custom one.
