I feel so fortunate to have experienced the wonderful kindness of Dr. Tess and her staff! I have worn glasses since I was 7 or 8 and have opposite eyes (one farsighted and one nearsighted). Not once since having glasses has someone realized I see double and helped me with that(I am 35). Dr. Tess is so attentive, caring and observant with her time that she has with you! The best experience! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I both said it was the most thorough and informative eye exams we have had. Loved Dr. Tess and her staff--amazing!
Great Eyecare and Customer Service.
I struggled for one year after cataract surgery. I was constantly juggling glasses. I was corrected for distance and after the surgery I needed readers. I couldn’t find a pair that worked. Dr Tess solved my problem. She listened to my frustration and came up with the right prescription. (Don’t ever let a cataract surgeon tell you that you need surgery. If you have a hammer every thing looks like a nail. Get an opinion from a OPTOMETRIST.)
Dr Tess is so sweet and patient.She is very caring and took good care of my eyes.Cortney really helped me with frames. I got two frames and one pair I wouldn’t have chose on my own. She had me try them on and I love them.If you’re looking for a good thorough eye Dr I highly recommend Dr Tess.
