We are very satisfied with the service the Infinity company provided. The young gentleman who came to sort our problem out. Within a week of making the appointment. When the LUX SOLAR COMPANY, who we had supply and install the system. Would not even take our calls or answer our messages. Well done Infinity and your team. 🤟. Had a quote provided for replacement solar panels and batteries. Offered a refundable $100 deposit to lock in pricing while we awaited government rebates to be confirmed. Elected not to go ahead with the installation. Have requested the refundable deposit returned multiple times now, no response and no sign of my deposit being returned. Be cautious with their 'refundable' deposit.
An exceptional experience from start to finish - highly professional and know their products, along with a work ethic that is to be admired. Would absolutely recommend.
