This company repeatedly woke my family and me up early in the morning for weeks, well before the noise ordinance allowed, using power tools. I called the number on the truck to politely ask the owner to have his workers start later. Instead of apologizing, he simply said the ordinance was almost over. To make matters worse, from my understanding, they're operating without the proper permits.
