Unprofessional lady didn’t wash her hand after test the person before me they said i tested positive when i been clean for a year I had to go to another place and I came back negative
Well I didn't have a bad experience with this company the lady at the office was very help she helped me to send off my results to three different emails when there not expected to do such thing the results did take a few days but that's not on them that falls on the laboratory so my thoughts of this facility was I had a good experiences with them .. thank u
Very rude customer service. Unprofessional, took more than a month to get results. The girls are the phone are rude as well. The owner doesn't reply to emails. Very unprofessional.
Took a drug test for probation purposes. Had to report you guys to the Brownsville court due to lack of professionalism and never sending out the email results or by text I've been calling for 2 weeks straight and the line does not ring.
