Staff was helpful and professional. The process was quick and easy, and everything was explained clearly.I was in and out faster than expected. Would definitely recommend.
I’m extremely disappointed with this place. I’ve been trying to get in touch via text for a while now and have received absolutely no response. There’s no clear way to get information, and it feels like they’re completely unresponsive to potential customers. To make matters worse, their website is outdated and not helpful at all—the address listed appears to be incorrect, which just adds to the frustration. Unprofessional lady didn’t wash her hand after test the person before me they said i tested positive when i been clean for a year I had to go to another place and I came back negative
Well I didn't have a bad experience with this company the lady at the office was very help she helped me to send off my results to three different emails when there not expected to do such thing the results did take a few days but that's not on them that falls on the laboratory so my thoughts of this facility was I had a good experiences with them .. thank u
