I have received bills from this company a few times they never will call me back anytime that I call and leave a message and I have no idea what it is for as I looked at my explanation of benefits and I do not have any outstanding issues for $50 and it’s awful
This company is a ripoff in my opinion. i had extensive back surgery and I was told I would go home with a back brace. I was not told of the price. Well, I just got a bill where they charge $2,800 for the brace! My plan approved $848.99 and they paid $440.28. This leaves me with a bill for $449.24. A suspiciously similar back brace is sold on Amazon for $150. What a markup! They DO NOT answer their phones- get your medical devices SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
Worst experience ever! Billed me for services I was unaware of six months after my service, when I called they wouldn't even explain what they were r what the services were, would not negotiate then forced late fees on me. They do no return calls or answer emails - worst service ever! $5 billed turned into $75 because of their inadequacies.
