Took my engagement ring there to have the stone reset, very dismissive and rude service by the jeweler. We were told it would be done end of February when dropped off in January and never heard updates. I had to call the beginning of March to see what is happening. When I called the woman was very curt and dismissive when I asked questions and said "oh were just gluing it back on don't get it wet." We worked with Judi at Infinity Diamond Jewelers to design my wife's engagement ring and to purchase and resize our wedding bands. I had a great experience recently having my wedding ring resized here! I've been putting off having it sized for years and decided to give Infinity Diamond Jewelers a try because they do all of their own work in-house and aren't shipping everything away. They're also close to home and I didn't need to make two trips to the cities and back for drop-off and pick-up. They did a fantastic job!
