Had appointment with Dr Joy. Did scanning examination and came up with a plan. Very good experience.
First time attending infinity dental Winston hills, I had such a great experience, everyone is so friendly, professional and you can tell they really care about their patients. I have a fear of needles and Dr Troy was so kind and patient and is the first dentist I’ve been to where I didn’t feel the needle at all he has amazing technique. Highly recommend the team here if you’re looking g for a dentist.
Made a booking for 11am on Monday 29th, arrived at 10.55am and asked to take a seat. At 11.45am, I asked what was going on and told it would be at least another half and hour, maybe longer. Given no reason or update during waiting time. I cancelled my appointment, did not rebook and left the surgery. Received a call an hour or so later apologising, advising there was an emergency and that appointments were all running late.
