This was my first spin class ever and I enjoyed it very much! I got a great workout, got to meet some new people, and was very impressed with the instruction and professionalism. The workout was fast paced but I felt no pressure to try to keep up when I got tired. In fact, our instructor, Leslie, reminded us to go at our own pace and slow down or rest if we needed to.
