I bought a Universal Router Base Plate from Infinity Cutting Tools based on the representation on the applicable web page that it came predrilled to fit a Makita 3621 plunge router. When I received it, I found that the pre-drilled holes in the Universal Router Base Plate DO NOT match my Makita 3621 router. I contacted Infinity customer service, who suggested I drill the correct holes myself. Infinity does not stand behind the statements on their website. Avoid this vendor.
I e spent a few thousand dollars with infinity over the years and had reasonably good results, however, my last experience was absolutely horrible. I paid $85 for next day air shipping through fedex and emailed infinity customer service to make sure they shipped my items the next day. They replied that they couldn’t guarantee that fedex would deliver on time. I asked that they at least ship the same day and get in to the hands of fedex. This is a love-hate relationship. I love Infinity Cutting Tools, tools. The quality is always good and they have lasted years of use. However, I absolutely hate the fact that they have subcontracted "Shop" to handle their on-line sales and shipping. There is no way to track your package (with UPS, FedEx, or USPS tracking), and must install the Shop app. They do nothing to help you out with tracking your package, just giving you a "expect delivery by..." date, which has now come and gone and there is no way to get hold of any... read more
I recently purchased their cast iron router table package along with extension wings. After spending over $2300 for what I thought was a premium router table, I am extremely disappointed. To start, the top came with a chip in it. The packaging wasn’t damaged and the chip was nowhere in the box leading me to believe they intentionally packaged a damaged top. Do not buy from these guys if you can avoid it. Their motto, "Only our Service exceeds our Quality," is a joke. I ordered two items in stock (three if you count their product shipping insurance auto placed into the cart). It was "Flat Rate - Expedited - (Expected By: Thu, 2/13/2025)" Today is the 11th, and it has not even shipped yet.
