Very disapointed with this vendor. I purchased a straight edge from them that was not straight. After providing the evidence it was not straight, they agreed to accept the return. However, they deducted the shipping charges from the full amount of the refund, and an additional fee they had charged for shipping insurance. In essence, it cost me $15.90 to discover their straight edge is not straight. What a deal! Update: Infinity did respond and credited the shipping cost. Thank you.
Don't bother getting shipping insurance as your stuff will come damaged and they won't back it up.

I bought a Universal Router Base Plate from Infinity Cutting Tools based on the representation on the applicable web page that it came predrilled to fit a Makita 3621 plunge router. When I received it, I found that the pre-drilled holes in the Universal Router Base Plate DO NOT match my Makita 3621 router. I contacted Infinity customer service, who suggested I drill the correct holes myself. Infinity does not stand behind the statements on their website. Avoid this vendor.
I e spent a few thousand dollars with infinity over the years and had reasonably good results, however, my last experience was absolutely horrible. I paid $85 for next day air shipping through fedex and emailed infinity customer service to make sure they shipped my items the next day. They replied that they couldn’t guarantee that fedex would deliver on time. I asked that they at least ship the same day and get in to the hands of fedex.
