Do not buy from these guys if you can avoid it. Their motto, "Only our Service exceeds our Quality," is a joke. I ordered two items in stock (three if you count their product shipping insurance auto placed into the cart). It was "Flat Rate - Expedited - (Expected By: Thu, 2/13/2025)" Today is the 11th, and it has not even shipped yet. I ordered something from this company that was lost in the mail. The package was marked delivered from the post office but in fact never arrived. There was a little misunderstanding at first because I had not noticed there was a line item in the cart to insure the package and I deleted it, but the company made good and reshipped the order. They seem to have a nice selection of quality items and I would certainly not hesitate to order from them again.

I bought a 12” 4 piece precision combination square set. I paid extra for package protection. I received it with the case broke. It was not broke in the shipping process it was broken before the cardboard cover was put on. I’ve emailed them three days in a row and not had a response. Self proclaimed 5 star customer service! What a lie! Should have bought a sca. Precision combination square.

I have been consistently pleased with the quality of the router bits that I've ordered from Infinity Cutting Tools. My most recent order arrived promptly, but was missing one item. Customer service was easy to contact and quickly had the missing item shipped to me. Excellent service and product quality!!

I ordered a professional router table package via their website on June 29. The package did not ship until July 10. I received the package a few days later. Due to being a busy shop, and not having an immediate need for the router package, it was not assembled until the last week of July. Immediately upon assembling the router table package, the main component (3 1/4hp Triton router) failed.
