This is a love-hate relationship. I love Infinity Cutting Tools, tools. The quality is always good and they have lasted years of use. However, I absolutely hate the fact that they have subcontracted "Shop" to handle their on-line sales and shipping. There is no way to track your package (with UPS, FedEx, or USPS tracking), and must install the Shop app. They do nothing to help you out with tracking your package, just giving you a "expect delivery by..." date, which has now come and gone and there is no way to get hold of any... read more
I recently purchased their cast iron router table package along with extension wings. After spending over $2300 for what I thought was a premium router table, I am extremely disappointed. To start, the top came with a chip in it. The packaging wasn’t damaged and the chip was nowhere in the box leading me to believe they intentionally packaged a damaged top. Do not buy from these guys if you can avoid it. Their motto, "Only our Service exceeds our Quality," is a joke. I ordered two items in stock (three if you count their product shipping insurance auto placed into the cart). It was "Flat Rate - Expedited - (Expected By: Thu, 2/13/2025)" Today is the 11th, and it has not even shipped yet. I ordered something from this company that was lost in the mail. The package was marked delivered from the post office but in fact never arrived. There was a little misunderstanding at first because I had not noticed there was a line item in the cart to insure the package and I deleted it, but the company made good and reshipped the order. They seem to have a nice selection of quality items and I would certainly not hesitate to order from them again.
I bought a 12” 4 piece precision combination square set. I paid extra for package protection. I received it with the case broke. It was not broke in the shipping process it was broken before the cardboard cover was put on. I’ve emailed them three days in a row and not had a response. Self proclaimed 5 star customer service! What a lie! Should have bought a sca. Precision combination square.
