The infinity representative at this model home was extremely rude. We were there on February 12th, considering purchasing Infinity. The way the Infinity representative treated us as potential buyers was extremely rude and offensive. This is an indication of the rude and unresponsive culture that is spreading throughout Infinity. I never enter into a contract with a building company with such a culture because you have no idea how they will treat and respond to you once you have signed the contract with them.
