One of your insured rear ended me on the 6th of October, I filed a claim against him that same day. I have completed all tasks required to get the claim set up and left voice mails for the claims adjuster and now her manager and his boss, with no contact from any of the. The have sent me one email with a ridiculously low estimate and no further contact. Each time I have left a voice mail, the system says the call no later than 10am the next day, they have not called. This is by far the worst claims handling i have ever seen.
Es un fraude esta compañía por favor no compren esta aseguranza o se van arrepentir . Yo siempre pago por los 6 meses y esta es la segunda ocasión que después de cancelar me salen con cobros que ni ellos mismos saben de qué es dicen cada cosa sin sentido según ellos que por eso es el cobro cada que les llamo para preguntar porque es el cobro dicen cosas diferentes y con esta es la única que hace esto .he tenido otras compañías y cancelas y no pasa nada con estos siempre cobran ósea te roban
**Don't even bother!** Please select another company for your car insurance; they will be nice in the beginning and then they will never contact you again! We had a case with Blake and he never answered back! Terrible service!
