No one responds to the email. Have been waiting to get an update on the claim. Submitted all the invoices.
Zero minus negative star for this company. I was waiting 3 hours for a tow truck service which never came because my road side assistance provider didn't call back with info. No text or nothing. I had to call around and find one myself. It's dangerous and unsafe being stuck on the side of a highway by yourself. Paying for road side and not getting the service is insane. Very dissatisfied with Kemper.
Would not recommend.. Stated we use our vehicles to pick up donations, and a couple months into policy got an email saying they dropped our company since they seen our website and seen we were using our vehicles to pick up donations, and they consider that junk removal. Would recommend biberk or another company if you don't want to have to search for insurance again in a couple months.
Kemper Corporation / Infinity County Mutual Insurance is the most unethical company I've ever dealt with. Adjusters who take over a month to get back after a vehicle collision. Tried reaching out via phone calls, text messages, and emails. Managers who conveniently don't have phone numbers or extensions when you finally get someone on the phone. My experience with Kemper Insurance has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was rear-ended on July 1, and now, months later in January, my claim still has not been properly resolved.
