Kemper Corporation / Infinity County Mutual Insurance is the most unethical company I've ever dealt with. Adjusters who take over a month to get back after a vehicle collision. Tried reaching out via phone calls, text messages, and emails. Managers who conveniently don't have phone numbers or extensions when you finally get someone on the phone. My experience with Kemper Insurance has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was rear-ended on July 1, and now, months later in January, my claim still has not been properly resolved. Terrible. Husband was hit car accident by UNINSURED DRIVER and all Joey at kemper wanted do take our car , failed provide us any financial information for deemed total loss. Then when we asked for information he got rude and hung up on us then said we at fault. How when going through green light and get hit back passanger tire?
One of their insured drivers hit me on my motorcycle. it’s been 2 months since the accident and they still haven’t given me an answer because they can’t reach their driver/owner. My insurance (All State) is waiting on them to give me an answer to move forward. I don’t even have transportation since my motorcycle was totaled. Wish i could give this insurance negative stars, they’re not even worth one
