Infinity Carports was a great company to work with. The crew showed up earlier than they predicted and worked all afternoon (in near-100 south ***** weather) with very few breaks. They were very efficient and professional. We definitely recommend this company for any carport needs.
I ordered a 18x21 carport from Mike *** in Ville Platte La. I thought he was responsible for getting my carport install. Infinity carport showed up to install carport, They didn't have rods to secure carport so I had to weld nuts on top of rods for them, then they started installing carport and they didn't have enough material to finish, talk to Infinity they would come back the following week, which they didn't show up, I call they said they would put me on list, I have a carport that is just half way install. I have checked into this customer's order and he is correct in his explanation of what took place with his order. I called the customer and apologized for the problems he has experienced with our company and offered to send 2 new panels with the correct color backing when we can receive these coils again. I did tell him it might be some time before we can get the correct material in stock due to the steel allotments our industry is experiencing causing us to have to accept some coils with a light grey back color.
