I was moving out of my rental and needed to get the carpets cleaned to meet my lease requirements. I contacted a carpet cleaning service and got a fast reply. Luis was very understanding and helped me grasp the details of the cleaning process while accommodating my schedule since I was out of state. Crappy CRAPPY service!!! I scheduled an appointment and took time off work to make sure I was here. Miranda the supervisor was helpful GUARANTEEING that a technician will be here tonight because I told her my fear that nobody will show up. 5 hours later nobody shows up, I called the main line only to get a text message that they can reschedule for 8am the next day because the technician cannot come tonight. i had five areas and stairs cleaned, including some pet treatment. the technician arrived ahead of schedule and finished the job quickly and effectively. everything looked and smelled fantastic once it dried. when i asked about my couch, the technician, javier, was very knowledgeable and explained that the fabric shouldn’t be wet cleaned. he offered dry cleaning services instead, which i didn’t even know was an option! overall, i’m really impressed with the expertise and variety of services available. i will definitely choos... read more
I have used Infinity Carpet & Rug Cleaning in the past and have always been satisfied with their service. Recently, I had a little emergency when I accidentally spilled wine on my carpet right before a family gathering. I was worried about the mess being noticed, so I called them in a panic. They arrived quickly, treated the stain, and even left UV lights on it. By the next morning, the stain was completely gone! I'm so grateful to the two young gentlemen who helped me. They really are the best!
