francis was very efficient when checking out what my carpets needed. he showed up with two helpers and they worked together smoothly. francis made sure to focus on those busy walkways that get dirty faster. now my carpets look fantastic. he even took care of a big couch for me. the cost was a bit higher than i thought at first, but since i hadn't cleaned my carpets in a long time, i get why. the couch cleaning was a little extra too, but they really put in the effort and got it as clean as possible. overall, i'm really happy... read more
