We needed our carpets cleaned at our house in Haverhill, so I started looking online for a good carpet cleaning service. I found Infinity Carpet Cleaning, which had excellent reviews and convenient hours. I called in the morning and spoke to Arthur, who was very helpful and friendly. The team was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning all the carpets in our house for the second time, and we are extremely happy with the results. The carpets look and feel fresh and spotless every time. Emmanuel was careful to use corner bumpers to protect the walls and corners, which we really appreciated. I had an excellent experience with Infinity Carpet Cleaning! Emmanuel was able to fit us into his schedule sooner than we expected, which really helped since we needed our carpets cleaned before a home appraisal. He did an outstanding job on our old off-white carpet, which had years of stains from pets, mud, and even wine. Complete waste of time and techs lie! Booked them today for 12-3, got a text this morning confirming arrival between 11:40-12pm, stated I would be here, had dog crated for almost 2 hours waiting. Get a text later stating tech called me and spoke to me and I said not to come which is a COMPLETE and utter lie! Spoke with rep at company and was told now not available until tomorrow. We reached out to Infinity Carpet Cleaning after a friend suggested them. Our new carpet had a big mess from our sick dog, and we were worried about getting it clean. Damon came out the very next day and did an amazing job cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing the area.
