I have never been here before and my buddy T told me to get a soft touch wash but unfortunately it was closed so I went thru the touch less , got the $20 wash and parked afterwards to wipe it down . Immediately I noticed all of the dirt left behind on the lower half and rims, not very happy! I Will never go to infinity again.
Firstly, the machine ate my money. Secondly, I saw a man who works here walk into the building and is not answering the phone nor is he answering the door after knocking. This place is a scam. **Update- The owner of the car wash reached out to me the same day of the incident and promptly refunded my money. Although it was frustrating at the time, I genuinely appreciate the honesty and great efforts to fix the issue, and in a timely manner. You gained another customer today.
Edit: he fixed the car The guy he recommended me to go to was a great and genuine guy that made my car look new. Im happy now and recommend this carwash honestly. Just gotta talk to the owner in person. I’ll probably come back during the winters. Employees and who I think to be the shift lead/manger was extremely rude and impatient. Rolled his eyes several times at my questions and requests. Wash was sub par. Vacuum decent priced.
Someone bought me some car wash coupons - turns out you can’t use them without someone there. Nobody staffing the Elm St or Second St locations at 12:30 on a Saturday. Whats the point? Seems like a scam.
