I got my accident replacement car today, brand new Hyundai sonata, all thanks to the team. Delivered to my house within 4 hours of reporting the accident to their team, very polite and informative staff, answered all my and wifey question.
Very professional staff and great cars. Easy pickup and dropoff. Car was a bit dirty but they didn’t create a issue unlike other rentals. Kudos to the team
I waited until everything was finished before leaving this review. The whole process was smooth and easy, and they kept me updated the entire time. They gave me a Mercedes as a replacement and dropped it off at my place.Picked it up once my settlement was finalised, which made things super convenient. Really happy with their service and customer support. The only downside was a bit of paperwork at the start, but overall a great experience.
