You can look at an initial and know huh? I do own one of your homes. I wish I wouldn't have bought my house now. Im still waiting on basic things we never got that was requested on inspection. Told things at closing that were untrue. Awful experience. Changing review to 5 stars they have reached out to make everything right that was an issue before. We are happy with the result.
After buying our home, we were promised that the drainage issues would be fixed. We are now in our 4 th year of still contacting infinity home warranty. The people they have doing work is terrible! The supervisors will not escalate my issues. We have a yard that has major drainage issues and infinity claims they don’t know what type of piping they used before. They were notified by text and email no work should be done unless we are home and notified. NONE OF WHICH HAPPENED.
Bought my brand new house from them in 2013. I bought one of the homes in Corydon, Indiana and it was supposed to be an awesome Craftsman built house, and NOT!!! Awful! Been dealing with a leaking issue coming from my kitchen window for over 10 years now. I have had to call and call and call to get them to come out and address the problem. They have come back and "tried" to fix the leak, but it is still leaking down the wall and all over my floor.
