Trying to find a home builder that is reasonably priced, well reviewed, and that is responsive, is almost impossible. Giles has been a pleasure to work with. He has already completed a few upgrades to our current home and is helping us design and plan for our next house. Giles has built a team of highly skilled professionals that built my 480 square-foot addition to the house better than I could have expected. There were problems, but as they arose, Giles was accessible and was able to resolve them quickly in today’s world where there is a lack of skilled trades, my addition was built as quickly as the city building inspectors and the weather would allow, and on budget I’m very pleased.
