I had a 0800 appointment. They opened the gate at 0805. I was given a door immediately. I had my paperwork and rolling by 1000. I live in Texas. I have had my cdl for 10 years and I have been doing the freight forwarding thing for ten years. Other than drop and hook this is the best experience I have ever had. Other driver ahead of me were told you have a 9am appt or a 10am appt and no one seemed mad. They were all aware. Everyone has good and bad days. 20 truck drivers in line and it takes old man 20 min to check in a single driver.. Do the math stupid crazy
Showed up at 8 its now 1330 still haven't seen a door don't come here
They work fast but you might have to wait at least for one hour to get a door
1 str only for not rude, arrived 6:00 am, in 8:00 am, first in the line, said FCFS, but I wait probably truck from Mexico, used me as storage, dock 12:08, spend 15-20 min while clean up road from stupid drivers(parked in a front of docks) and traffic, out by 13:15 pm, very bad driveway and place, dock 3 be careful if u will slide tandem there is metal with bolt before the dock, most likely puncture the tire, check before back up all the way to any docks, never will come back
