We scheduled an appointment to look at the facilities for our daughter’s quinceañera. We scheduled it 10 days out at the day and time they requested. We show up on time but the place was locked up, rain coming down sideways, no one answering the door. We call and at first he says he was held up due to the rain and then asks my name, what time the app was for, and who I booked it with. They forgot all about us but tried to lie about it….
