I cannot recommend Mark and the team at Infinity Automotive enough! On multiple occasions, they’ve diagnosed and fixed issues that BMW themselves couldn’t – and at just a fraction of the cost. The last time I took my car in, the problem was resolved so quickly and easily that Mark didn’t even charge me, while BMW wanted £180. Their honesty, expertise, and customer care are second to none. If you want a trustworthy garage that genuinely looks after its customers, Infinity Automotive is the place to go. Seriously!

Avoid such garage. Owner is rude and disrespectful. Failed to fix oil leak first time, returned the car for re-inspection and reported another leak and asked for extra money to get it fixed. Got really angry when questioned the issued. In the end asked extra money for re-inspection and called the policed for refusing to pay. When I looked my car at home by myself carefully and I found a major leak at different place (end of engine). Car was not even lifted to check the leak!!!
Outstanding service, friendly team and at a great price, my vehicle is in safe hands whilst keeping up with its maintenance and any other possible work that maybe needed. Julie is super friendly and knowledgeable when explaining the details of the work carried out on my vehicle. The mechanical and technical team are sharp to resolve any issues to ensure a safe drive where I will be trusting them in the future to keep me on the road.
