I got a Mazda for my daughter and she was in love with it. 9Shaun was very attentive and polite. However, after taking the car out of the dealer, no more answer and the car's engine is broken already. The title was never received by mail as he said.
Went with my son to buy a car here and Shaun was very upfront, honest and professional. The pricing was fair and no hidden extra fees like most places. My son didn’t even have to go to the DMV afterwards, he took care of the entire process. Good car, great pricing and easy transaction. I’d buy a car here again.
Sold me a car that is roach infested. Crazy because the deal told me it was clean no issues, which was all a lie, a week later I notice a roach though it wasn’t one, find out later it was. I had several people come to clean my car and no hope. It has been infested for years I was told!! I’m so devastated!! DONT BUY HERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & Very deceiving!!
They never transferred anything like they said they did. I bought a car April 10th 2021, and I tried to get a duplicate title and the tax collector said it wasn’t in my name. Do not get anything from these guys, they are a SCAM. They will not answer any calls or emails, and will not give any help to get this situation fixed. They said they transferred my plate to the car I bought from them and that was never the case, my plate was never connected to that car. Terrible terrible terrible business.
