I have been using Infinity for ten years now! Always professional and timely. No job too big or too small. The relationship started over a 30 gal fresh water tank nobody else would service, and turned into the addition of a 150 gal salt tank. Thank you for everything Izzy!

I have a 300 gallon saltwater tank that Infinity Aquarium has maintained for over 5 years. Besides the excellent service I have received over the years on a twice monthly basis they have provided something that I could not expect from any service company. The most important of those is responding to any questions or problems I might be experiencing. They have come during evening hours or weekends on every occasion. I think of my fish as family and Infinity understands that and treats them as theirs.

I use Infinity Aquarium because they give me the best service. I’ve used others but they don’t do all the steps that Infinity does to keep my fish happy which keeps me happy. And when something like my heater breaks down like it did last week, they had a new one delivered and installed in two hours. It’s hard to find that kind of service.

We have been using Infinity Aquarium for service to our aquarium for about 7 years. The company is very reliable and the service is very professional. If we ever have an issue with our tank or the fish, we receive a response very quickly and additional visits if necessary.

Do not use this company unless you are looking for a tank catastrophe. I have been cleaning and maintaining my own tank for four years now. I have never had a problem. I injured my back and am no longer able to clean it myself. The owner sent out two Spanish speaking only employees. I had immediate questions and concerns because of how they cleaned it. This is one side of the story...... The service tech was sent out a second time that same day to clean the aquarium again at no charge in an attempt to remedy the situation. We have been in business for over 30 years and have serviced tens of thousands of aquariums. We always do our best to satisfy our clients and it is unfair and unfortunate that one person's post on the web can negatively affect an honest business' reputation.

Infinity Aquarium of Las Vegas = THE WORST SERVICE!!! My REVIEW? = DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I would NEVER think of treating a client the way this company dealt with me, they came out on December 23rd and spent a total of 20 minutes only sucking up water and putting new water in, also poorly wiped off the top of my 2 filters & replaced them with filters that I had purchased myself which are not cheap & charged me $65.00!
