Very prompt response to our A/C concerns. Alberto and Gabriel were wonderful. They were honest and responsive and I would highly recommend them to anyone in their area. They even made a special trip for me outside of their area, which was so helpful and kind!!!

We got our HVAC system replaced by Infinity recently. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Gabriel explained, in detail, the features of the various systems and, once we selected the one that we wanted, it was installed the very next day by the crew. Not only were they efficient and knowledgeable of the process, but were extremely proficient.

You don’t really know how important great customer service is until you actually experience it, and the team at Infinity Air & Heat hit the mark. Alberto was punctual and performed a thorough inspection of our unit, diagnosing the why for our unit not turning on which was our blower motor. He didn’t waste any time, by verifying our unit was under warranty and working with his team to provide us with a great price and install the exact same day. Excellent service, extremely professional from sales to install, detailed product knowledge. Took the time to walk through and calibrate the system for our comfort settings and provided excellent education on how to maximize the benefits of the system. Would highly recommend!
