Ruben and his assistant arrived on time, were polite, professional, and easy to talk to. Infinity Air Duct Service explained the air duct cleaning process clearly, answered my questions without any problem, and made the whole visit feel smooth and comfortable. He explained the work clearly and did a thorough job cleaning the duct system in my home, with great attention to detail and indoor air quality. Ruben and Cesar came out after the dryer vent cleaning to fix a bird entry issue in the vent line. They were patient, understanding, and very helpful throughout the visit. They explained the vent problem clearly, handled the situation with care, and went above and beyond by taking care of the bird for me since I was too afraid to deal with it. Great service, very professional, and a big help with the dryer vent and airflow issue.
