Where is the NEGATIVE stars option? Rebecca is as mean a rabid dog. She doesn't give you the information you request. She hides things from you. She doesn't check ID when notarizing. A literal crime. She just has you sign, no proof of identification, then notarizes it later. The state of Florida should run an audit on them. Great communication
Recently closed on a property last week and the property had prior utilities dues owed from the previous owner. The title company was aware that a balance was due for the water and still closed the sale of the property. I requested to come in person to the closing because I had questions regarding a lien search which was not produced prior to close.
