Won't return my money after agreeing to issue a refund after they removed a bad set of shutters they installed in my home. The owner Brad was an absolute jerk on the phone and was incredibly rude even though he had no idea what was going on. Products were poor quality despite supposedly being "made to order" based on measurements they took themselves. Framing was flimsy and was so short that there were gaps on all four corners. Good communication and easy installation process. We had a big order and they mis-measured two blinds and were short one battery on install day but they came back a second day and made everything right.

These guys were really great to work with! Very knowledgeable, pricing was great and fast service! We needed more window blinds so we called them back. This time we got motorized blinds and they are really cool!! Great service. We will use them again next time we need blinds.

There's a reckless driver driving a work van who is weaving in and out of traffic while cutting people off. They also advised me to stay away from their business.
