I work with the team often and every interaction is always top tier. They not only offer the best prices, but also the best quality which is a hard line to walk. Rosie in the office is super responsive and Andy in the field is always a pleasure to see. I’ve worked with numerous window furnishing vendors and these guys are by far the best! No need to waste your time and money at a big box store, support local and be thrilled with the results!!
I expect better from Costco! Customer Service is horrible! Misleading and decietful sales reps! DO NOT BUY !!! Do not waste your time! I'd give zero stars if possible!
Every thing is great
Won't return my money after agreeing to issue a refund after they removed a bad set of shutters they installed in my home. The owner Brad was an absolute jerk on the phone and was incredibly rude even though he had no idea what was going on. Products were poor quality despite supposedly being "made to order" based on measurements they took themselves. Framing was flimsy and was so short that there were gaps on all four corners. Good communication and easy installation process. We had a big order and they mis-measured two blinds and were short one battery on install day but they came back a second day and made everything right.
