Requested them to order a wheel lock key so i could change my tire. My current wheel lock broke, but i still have it and the actual part ID number. It’s clearly stamped into the side of the wheel lock. Was told I HAD to bring the car there first. A photo of the wheel key, with part number visible and VIN to save each others time was not an option. Poor customer service. So if i actually had a flat tire instead of proactively replacing them, I apparently would have to tow my car to them?
