I brought my vehicle in because it started making a thumping noise for a few seconds when accelerating from a stop. Instead of diagnostic the just kept recommending maintenance items like fluid changes and tires. This place is a complete scam and waste of time.
I’ve been bringing my truck here since 2018 they are pricier but at least you know you’re getting a certified infinity technician. I believe my service guy’s name is Angelo. I hope I’m able to get my new vehicle from them. They seem to be extremely extremely genuinely caring and I would love love love to get my next vehicle from them. Like all dealerships, they make their money repairing cars, not selling them. Took it in for a few specific small items and was given a $7,000 estimate for a host of other crap. At least the service folks working the front desk were friendly.
