I spoke with the service manager there and while we could not see eye to eye on pricing he agreed to waive the diagnostic fee as I was taking the vehicle to be serviced elsewhere. While I don't love the pricing structure, Lafontaine was willing to reach out to me to set things right. Kudos to Ryan and his team. Maureen, thank you for the opportunities those years ago.
