Warning regarding the 2025 QX60. I have exclusively and happily driven Infiniti’s for over a decade. This QX60 is my fifth and last. Constant vibration while idling and random loud noises from the exhaust. A quick google search shows it is wide spread, Nissan USA has done nothing despite filing a complaint. The service department displays a level of incompetence that can't be put into words, I won't even try. Disappointed in a brand that held my loyalty for so long.
My second review, I was ask to take the first one down thinking I would be satisfied. I'm past frustrated with this dealership. I took my car in for repairs for the fourth time. The insurance company had paid them in advance to recalibrate it. When I went to pick up my car, there was no paperwork stating that any work had been done on my car, and it's still doing the same thing it did when I dropped it off. Jermaine Phill was my salesperson and Kevin the finance guy worked for me very hard to get me as close to my desired payment as possible. I appreciated that. Good team and highly motivated to get things done for customers. I recommend Jermaine he’s a good guy.
