We traded in our car and purchased a 2019 QX80. Unfortunately living here Ohio I was asked to provide multiple times (4) in which was done via email. So after 8 months our credit union is needing paperwork from LaFontaine and they wont produce it. We have been passed around to multiple people who have been fired or quit LaFontaine now suggest we call the DMV and hunt down the title ourselves...DMV says, no...this is not how that goes...at any rate LaFontaine has not responded to our credit union and has not responded back to... read more

..worst.. . infinty service... When asked blaming on me.Is their responsibility to reset in car? I asked if the car stop sensing oil change, they dont have answer.... Third time. Last 2 time i took back to reset.... second part... Took car to them.... Was there for 3 days... No loan vehicles... I got from enterprise... After i got vehicle bck...sensors, back camera... To be honest, I would not come back here or recommend this dealership to anyone. Extremely frustrating experience with management. Very disorganized and inefficient dealership. Got a new car in February which was a lemon(QX80 AUTOGRAPH). Had to return it after a month after having it in service for 2 weeks with 2 different loaners. I have never had to drive to a single dealership so many times in my life as I have to this place in the first 6 weeks of a new lease. Original manager left midway through all of this as well.
