I took my Infiniti SUV to the dealer as I was having sensor/flashing light issues, it was affecting my job as I use it for a work vehicle. After the mechanics inspected it and decided it was the auxiliary battery causing the issues, I forked about $1000 bucks over. This did NOT fix the issue. I was not offered a refund, apology or anything. I was told they were going to talk to more people from Infiniti and get back to me and continue to try to work on the issues. Rude ! Zero knowledge about parts ! No tolerance to the people who have accent. They will quote and sell parts to you that doesn’t fit model of the car . Be careful with that dealership ! They are just a fraud . Never again

This was my first vehicle purchased from a dealership. I thought Dilawri is a big name and they must be professional and excellent in the market. I purchased used Hyundai Elantra 2020 Red color and it had only about 60k kms on it. Within a week its Blind collision sensor stopped working on the highway and the dealership told me they will book an appointment which was never done.
