This company charged us thousands of dollars to fix our pool light. It never worked. I have called multiple times all summer to get someone to help us. Chris was scheduled to come and no-showed TWICE. I have spoken to Eloise multiple times, and she doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. She gave me a direct number for Chris, but it is either blocked or not his real number. I am in touch with the BBB to resolve the issue.
Great customer service from Justin and his crew. Currently on a weekly maintenance and I couldn’t be happier! My pool never looked so good it’s crystal clear. I would highly recommend Infinity Pools!
Used them to close my pool last year and to open this year. Great service, easy scheduling. Left the pool swim ready. Also able to get quick quotes for further repairs. Owner is very accessible.
Very professionally run business. Been using them for years. They also do weekly maintenance. They opened me on Wed, came back on Fri to clean it & my pool is spotless.
