Staff there are very helpfull & eager to help. Diego is very professional and understandable when it comes to explaining the issue. My car had roof leaking issue and the service center have been very accommodating about it. Hopefully i dont have to go back again after the rainy season for 3rd time..

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS INFINITI SERVICE CENTER IN WHITE PLAINS. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I booked an appointment two weeks in advance to address an air mass sensor issue under warranty, which they installed in my vehicle last year. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told, with no prior notice, that I would need to leave my vehicle for at least three days.
