I was an out of town buyer. I telephoned and was placed in Mimi’s care. Told her I would be passing through and would like to look at particular car on lot. A couple of weeks ago, I brought my 2016 Infiniti QX60 in for service after hearing a loud humming noise. I was fortunate to have Michael Carbone as my service advisor. Michael took the time to listen to my concerns and was committed to helping me find a solution. He prioritized what needed to be fixed immediately and what could be addressed later. We brought my wife’s 2017 Infiniti Q50 to Infiniti of Mobile on January 26 for the ESM recall. The car has only been serviced at Infiniti dealerships. After the recall, the service advisor said the Check Engine Light might appear because an additional harness part had been ordered and recommended a thermostat replacement for code P0597. Less than ten miles after leaving, the Check Engine Light came on. This was hands down the worst service experience I have ever had, and people need to know what goes on at Infinity Car Dealer in Clifton, NJ. I brought my car in for a diagnostic, which is supposed to include a complimentary car wash and vacuum. Not only did I not receive either, but they didn’t even bother to put down the protective plastic covering before working on my car. The worst dealership I’ve ever worked with. My car was totaled over three months ago, and I’ve been trying ever since to cancel my extended warranty and receive a refund. I’ve called countless times and spoken to several managers, but no one ever follows up or returns my calls. When I do manage to reach someone, they promise to look into it and then disappear.
