After a Four digit service, not a repair, parts of my vehicle went missing and are now on order to correct the issue. Such a shame, as all was due to lack of attention by the technician. This has not been the first time, and quite frankly it's frightening, when you realize your trusting your life to this type of results.
Brent Tatum is the best service person I've ever encountered. He went far and beyond to make sure I received my original service request and additional information to insure that I was aware of other possible faults with my vehicle. Thank you Brent!!
I would like to update: I'm not happy with Infinity after I paid 2K for oil change, breaks , etc. . Something was wrong with my steering wheel(after 2 months) when I had them to take a look they told me I need almost 8k to spend on this car after I wanted it to be expected last time. I thought everything was cool. Until they gave me a healthy bill, so I couldn't get my steering wheel fix because it cost $2900 plus I had to pay almost $300 for their Labor no matter what I had to pay!.
